So I am really unsure of what I am supposed to do on this turn,

The player in the BB is a weaker player and the PFR is a reg who is a little on the weaker side. If I x/c this off vs the reg I feel like my hand is either chop or I am in bad shape. I feel like I want to maximise value from the BB who I would expect to show up AJ/A5/QJ maybe even AK from time to time. So if I donk jam here I do not expect him to fold anything really. But does donking really achieve that much.

BB is a 34/23/13 over 90 hands (this is party so every table is fresh)

The reg is 28/19/6 over 80 hands but like I say I have some history with this player and he is on the weaker side
